目的：观察中药灌肠、足浴联合西医治疗慢性肾小球肾炎（ CGN）合并失代偿期慢性肾衰竭（ CRF）患者的效果。方法将100例CGN合并失代偿期CRF患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组50例。2组均给予纠正贫血、降压、降脂以及炭片治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中药足浴、灌肠治疗，2个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗后临床疗效，比较2组治疗前及治疗1个月、2个月后血压、尿常规、24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN、UA差异，统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月后，治疗组总有效率和临床控制率均明显高于对照组（P均＜0．05）。治疗1个月后，治疗组BUN、SCr、UA及血压均较治疗前明显下降（P均＜0．05），而对照组各项指标虽有下降，但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P均＞0．05）；治疗2个月后，2组各项指标均较治疗前明显下降（P均＜0．05），且治疗组各项指标均明显低于对照组（P均＜0．05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论中药灌肠、足浴联合西医治疗能明显改善CGN合并失代偿期CRF患者病情，可明显改善肾功能，控制病程进展。
목적：관찰중약관장、족욕연합서의치료만성신소구신염（ CGN）합병실대상기만성신쇠갈（ CRF）환자적효과。방법장100례CGN합병실대상기CRF환자안조수궤수자표법분위대조조화치료조，매조50례。2조균급여규정빈혈、강압、강지이급탄편치료，치료조재차기출상가용중약족욕、관장치료，2개월위1개료정。관찰2조치료후림상료효，비교2조치료전급치료1개월、2개월후혈압、뇨상규、24 h뇨단백정량、SCr、BUN、UA차이，통계2조불량반응발생정황。결과치료2개월후，치료조총유효솔화림상공제솔균명현고우대조조（P균＜0．05）。치료1개월후，치료조BUN、SCr、UA급혈압균교치료전명현하강（P균＜0．05），이대조조각항지표수유하강，단여치료전비교차이무통계학의의（P균＞0．05）；치료2개월후，2조각항지표균교치료전명현하강（P균＜0．05），차치료조각항지표균명현저우대조조（P균＜0．05）。2조불량반응발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론중약관장、족욕연합서의치료능명현개선CGN합병실대상기CRF환자병정，가명현개선신공능，공제병정진전。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicinefoot bath, enema combined with western medi-cine in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) complicated with decompensated chronic renal failure(CRF).Meth -ods 100 patients with CRF and CGN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.Both the groups were treated with the correction of anemia drugs, antihypertensive drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and medicinal charcoal tablets, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine foot bath, enema on basis of that.The clinical ef-ficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment and blood pressure, urine routine, 24 hours urine protein, SCr, BUN, UA index were compare after 1 months and 6 months of treatment, and to analyze adverse drug reaction of the two groups.Results The clinical symptoms of the two patients were improved after 6 months, but the total effective rate and clini-cal control rate in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the 24 hours urine protein,Scr , BUN, UA, SBP and DBP in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05),the adverse reaction of the two groups was not statistically significant different (P>0.05). Conclus ion Chinese herbal medicine foot bath, enema combined with western medicine can obviously improve the patient's condi-tion and control the progression of CGN combined with decompensated cirrhosis of CRF, and to protect the renal function.
