目的:评价利奈唑胺和磷霉素联用对临床分离60株甲氧西林耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌( MRSA)的体外抗菌活性。方法用棋盘法设计,微量肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度组合的抗菌药物对60株临床分离MRSA最低抑菌浓度,并计算部分抑菌浓度( FIC)指数判定联合效应。测定利奈唑胺与磷霉素联用或单用对2株MRSA临床分离菌的体外杀菌曲线。结果利奈唑胺与磷霉素联合用药后对60株MRSA临床分菌株的MIC50、MIC90较单药组降低。利奈唑胺与磷霉素联合应用对60株MRSA以协同作用为主(71.67%)。联合用药的杀菌曲线的细菌数量较单药相比降低>2 log10 CFU· mL-1,显示协同效应。结论利奈唑胺与磷霉素联合用药在体外对MRSA以协同作用为主,杀菌曲线也显示联合用药有协同效应。

목적:평개리내서알화린매소련용대림상분리60주갑양서림내약적금황색포도구균( MRSA)적체외항균활성。방법용기반법설계,미량육탕희석법측정불동농도조합적항균약물대60주림상분리MRSA최저억균농도,병계산부분억균농도( FIC)지수판정연합효응。측정리내서알여린매소련용혹단용대2주MRSA림상분리균적체외살균곡선。결과리내서알여린매소연합용약후대60주MRSA림상분균주적MIC50、MIC90교단약조강저。리내서알여린매소연합응용대60주MRSA이협동작용위주(71.67%)。연합용약적살균곡선적세균수량교단약상비강저>2 log10 CFU· mL-1,현시협동효응。결론리내서알여린매소연합용약재체외대MRSA이협동작용위주,살균곡선야현시연합용약유협동효응。
Objective To evaluate the antibiotic effects of linezolid combined with fosfomycin against 60 strains of methicillin -resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) in vitro.Methods The broth microdilu-tion and checkerboard method were used to determine the MICs of linezolid or fosfomycin against 60 strains of MRSA and fractional inhibito-ry concentration ( FIC ) index was calculated according to MIC results . The time-killing curves of linezolid and fosfomycin alone or combination were determined.Results Of the tested strains, 43 isolates(71.67%) showed synergistic interaction ( FICI≤0.5 ) was observed.At 24 h the combination resulted in more than 2 log10 CFU· mL-1 reduction in viable bacteria compared with linezolid or fosfomycin alone.Conclusion The results suggested high synergy with linezolid and fosfomycin combination against MRSA strains.
