目的:探讨临床护理教学工作中采用学生互评结合老师评价的操作考核方法对学生操作标准的认知和掌握能力的影响。方法选择2012年1月~2013年12月我科实习护生92名,随机分为学生相互考评教学方法组(研究组)与传统教学方法组(对照组),比较两组护生操作考核成绩、患者对护生操作满意度、老师对护生操作满意度、护生对老师操作带教满意度。结果研究组护生的出科操作考核成绩、患者对护生操作满意度、老师对护生操作满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.01);两组护生对带教老师满意度方面差异无统计学意义。结论学生相互考评在临床护理教学中能有效提高学生对操作标准的认知和掌握能力,具有推广意义。

Objective To enhance the effect of clinic nurse education ,interactive examination and assessment sys‐tem is applied on nursing student's teaching about clinical procedures ,under the guiding of teacher . Methods In a randomized trial ,92 nursing‐trainees are divided in two groups:control group is received conventional teaching method ,study group adopts interactive examination and assessment system during January 2012 to December 2014 . To compare the performance of operation activities ,patient's satisfaction level to nursing service ,appreciation of teacher ,and the instructional evaluation to nursing teaching by nursing student . Results Research group is bet‐ter than control group in the nursing students'clinical skills assessment ,patients'satisfaction with then procedures and service of the nursing students and the contentment of clinical teachers(P<0.01) ,in contrast ,there isn't sig‐nally difference with evaluation of nursing students to clinical teachers . Conclusion Interactive examination and assessment system advantage to improve the degree of knowledge and master about clinic operation .The method of interactive examination and assessment system has important practice and worth to be generated in nursing teach‐ing w idely .
