目的：探讨静脉输液滴速控制的问题，分析相关因素，采取有效的对策，以达到最佳的疗效。方法对2013年9月和10月护理部抽查的资料进行统计分析，查找原因并及时反馈，采取相应措施，并落实到位。结果护士能按规范为患者控制好输液滴速，提高了患者依从性，静脉输液滴速合格率由原来的64.5%提高到91.3%。结论临床工作中要加强输液滴速的管理，防止静脉输液并发症发生，保障患者安全。
목적：탐토정맥수액적속공제적문제，분석상관인소，채취유효적대책，이체도최가적료효。방법대2013년9월화10월호리부추사적자료진행통계분석，사조원인병급시반궤，채취상응조시，병락실도위。결과호사능안규범위환자공제호수액적속，제고료환자의종성，정맥수액적속합격솔유원래적64.5%제고도91.3%。결론림상공작중요가강수액적속적관리，방지정맥수액병발증발생，보장환자안전。
Objective To investigate the problem intravenous drip infusion control and analysis of relevant factors, to take effective measures to achieve the best results. Methods March 2013 and May Care Department checks the information for statistical analysis, and timely feedback to find the cause and take appropriate measures and put in place. Results The nurses to patients according to specifications control the infusion drip rate, improved patient compliance, intravenous drip infusion pass rate increased from 64.5%to 91.3%. Conclusion The clinical work to strengthen the management of drip infusion, intravenous fluids to prevent complications, to protect patient safety.
