目的：探究黄疸型肝炎采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法选取48例黄疸型肝炎患者，随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各24例，对照组采用茵栀黄注射液治疗，观察组在此基础上采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，肝功能改善程度优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论黄疸型肝炎采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗，临床疗效显著。

목적：탐구황달형간염채용인진숭탕가감치료적림상료효。방법선취48례황달형간염환자，수궤수자법분위대조조화관찰조，각24례，대조조채용인치황주사액치료，관찰조재차기출상채용인진숭탕가감치료。결과관찰조치료유효솔고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의，간공능개선정도우우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론황달형간염채용인진숭탕가감치료，림상료효현저。
Objective To explore clinical effect of icteric hepatitis with yinchen decoction in the treatment of the song.Methods Selected 48 cases of patients with jaundice hepatitis, the random number method was divided into 24 cases in the control group and the observation group, the control group was treated with yinzhihuang injection treatment, the observation group on this basis was treated by yinchen decoction in the treatment of song.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. the improvement of liver function was better than that in control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Icteric hepatitis use yinchen decoction in the treatment of song, clinical curative effect was signiifcant.
