目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法对自2009年6月~2014年8月，我院收治慢性盆腔炎患者42例，按照完全随机法，将42例患者分为两组，即A组和B组，每组21例。 A组应用纯西医治疗方法，B组应用中西医结合治疗方法。1疗程为2w，2w后评价治疗效果。结果患者1个疗程后，A组痊愈2例，显效5例，好转6例，有效率61.90%；B组痊愈6例，显效8例，好转6例，有效率95.23%。彩超示痊愈患者炎性包块及积液消失，无明显体征存在。结论与单纯西医治疗方法相比，中西医结合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效可靠，值得临床推广。

목적관찰중서의결합치료만성분강염적료효。방법대자2009년6월~2014년8월，아원수치만성분강염환자42례，안조완전수궤법，장42례환자분위량조，즉A조화B조，매조21례。 A조응용순서의치료방법，B조응용중서의결합치료방법。1료정위2w，2w후평개치료효과。결과환자1개료정후，A조전유2례，현효5례，호전6례，유효솔61.90%；B조전유6례，현효8례，호전6례，유효솔95.23%。채초시전유환자염성포괴급적액소실，무명현체정존재。결론여단순서의치료방법상비，중서의결합요법치료만성분강염료효가고，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Chinese and Western medicine. Methods From June 2009 to August 2014, 42 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, according to a completely randomized method, 42 patients were divided into two groups, namely A group and B group, 21 cases in each group. A group was treated with pure western medicine treatment, and B group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. 1 for 2 weeks, 2 weeks after the evaluation of treatment ef ect. Results After a course of treatment, 2 cases were cured, 5 cases were ef ective, 6 cases were ef ective, 61.90% cases were ef ective, 6 cases were ef ective, cases were cured, 8 cases were ef ective, 6 cases were improved, cases were ef ective, the ef ective rate was 95.23%. Color Doppler ultrasound showed that the recovery of patients with inflammatory mass and ef usion disappeared, no obvious signs of the existence. Conclusion Compared with the pure western medicine treatment, the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is reliable, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
