目的：分析不稳定型心绞痛患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月～2014年10月我院接收的116例不稳定型心绞痛患者进行研究，将患者分成两组，对照组采取西医治疗，治疗组使用中医温阳通络饮治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗情况。结果对照组38例显效，8例有效，12例无效，临床治疗有效率是79.3%，治疗组50例显效，5例有效，3例无效，有效率是94.8%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组患者经过治疗后，治疗组毒副反应比对照组要轻， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者临床中采取中医治疗的效果比西医稳定，毒副作用较轻。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM treatment for patients with unstable angina pectoris.MethodsSelected 116 cases with unstable angina from January 2014 to October 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine, the treatment group was treated with the treatment of wenyangtongluoyin, and compared the clinical treatment of the two groups. Results The control group had 38 cases, 8 cases were effective, 12 cases were invalid, the effective rate was 79.3%, the treatment group had 50 cases, 5 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid, the effective rate was 94.8%,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group than the control group of adverse reactions to light,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is more stable than that of western medicine, and the side effect is mild and can be used widely.
