目的：探究腹腔镜联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症的疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年6月子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症的100例患者作为研究对象，随机分对照组与联合治疗组，两组均予以腹腔镜手术，联合治疗组在此基础上给予联合治安组醋酸曲普瑞林辅助，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应率和术后1年妊娠率。结果联合治疗组总有效率为总妊娠率为62.0%，对照组为46.0%， P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症有着显著疗效。
목적：탐구복강경연합작산곡보서림치료자궁내막이위증반불잉증적료효。방법선취아원2013년1월～2014년6월자궁내막이위증반불잉증적100례환자작위연구대상，수궤분대조조여연합치료조，량조균여이복강경수술，연합치료조재차기출상급여연합치안조작산곡보서림보조，비교량조림상료효、불량반응솔화술후1년임신솔。결과연합치료조총유효솔위총임신솔위62.0%，대조조위46.0%， P＜0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론복강경연합작산곡보서림치료자궁내막이위증반불잉증유착현저료효。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation combine with triptorelin acetate in treatment of endometriosis companion infertility.Methods Selected 100 cases with endometriosis companion infertility from January 2013 to June 2014 as the research object, were randomly the control group and the combination group, two groups are to laparoscopic surgery, on the basis of triptorelin acetate triptorelin acetate auxiliary joint security group, compared clinical curative effect of two groups, adversed reaction rate and pregnancy rate after 1 year. ResultsThe total effective rate of combined treatment group, the total pregnancy rate was 62.0%, and the control group was 46.0%,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic combined triptorelin acetate in treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility has obvious curative effect.
