基于数字图像的非接触式结构变形测量方法,由于曲面拟合测量结果在0.5像素左右会出现较大波动,容易导致最终测量结果出现较大误差。为了降低这一波动,分析了曲面拟合过程出现波动的具体原因,提出引入相关系数矩阵修正系数、提高相关系数矩阵中心的相关系数数值并降低相关系数矩阵周围点数值大小的方法,对相关系数矩阵进行修正,实现对曲面拟合法在0.5像素左右的误差的抑制。利用计算机模拟试验验证了修正系数 k 的取值计算结果的影响。并结合具体的工程实例,验证本研究方法的可行性。

Based on the non-contact structural deformation measurement methods of digital images,the surface fitting measurements show that the greater volatilities appeared about 0.5 pixels,which easily lead to large errors.In order to reduce this volatility,the paper ana-lyzes specific reasons for fluctuations in surface fitting process and proposes the introduction of the correction factor in order to improve the correlation value of the correlation coefficient matrix center and reduce the value of the correlation coefficient matrix around the point size. The paper corrects the correlation coefficient matrix,achieves the inhibition of the error in the surface fitting,and uses numerical simulation to verify the influence of the correction coefficient k .Furthermore,the paper verifies the feasibility of this method with a specific project example,which shows that it can improve the accuracy of the surface fitting.
