目的：探讨药物和手术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月在我院接受治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎儿童患者80例,分为药物组与手术组,每组40例。药物组患者的主要治疗方案为糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+碱性盐水鼻腔冲洗剂+克拉霉素；手术组患者主要行腺样体切除手术或扁桃体加腺样体切除手术,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者的VAS与鼻内镜评分均显著下降,1个月时药物组患者的VAS评分与鼻内镜评分高于手术组(<0.05)。3、6个月时手术组患者与药物组患者的VAS评分与鼻内镜评分无显著差异(>0.05)。结论手术治疗与药物治疗对儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎均有较好的治疗效果,患者可先接受药物治疗,若药物无法控制病症,选择手术治疗亦可。
목적：탐토약물화수술치료인동만성비-비두염적림상료효。방법선취2012년6월~2014년6월재아원접수치료적만성비-비두염인동환자80례,분위약물조여수술조,매조40례。약물조환자적주요치료방안위강산막미송비분무제+감성염수비강충세제+극랍매소；수술조환자주요행선양체절제수술혹편도체가선양체절제수술,대비량조환자적치료효과。결과치료후,환자적VAS여비내경평분균현저하강,1개월시약물조환자적VAS평분여비내경평분고우수술조(<0.05)。3、6개월시수술조환자여약물조환자적VAS평분여비내경평분무현저차이(>0.05)。결론수술치료여약물치료대인동만성비-비두염균유교호적치료효과,환자가선접수약물치료,약약물무법공제병증,선택수술치료역가。
Objective To study clinical curative ef ect of drugs and surgery on children chronic nose - sinusitis. Methods From June 2012 to June 2012, 80 cases patients with chronic nasal -sinusitis in children were treated in our hospital, and divided into the drug group and surgery group, 40 cases in each group. Drug group adopt furoic acid betamethasone nasal spray +alkaline saline nasal then+clarithromycin to treat;The surgical patients with main line of adenoidectomy surgery or tonsil adenoidectomy, comparing treatment ef ect of two groups. Results After treatment, the VAS scores and nasal endoscopic scores were al significantly decreased, After one month treatment, the VAS score and nasal endoscopic score of drug group patients were higher than the surgery group ( <0.05). Conclusion The surgical treatment and drug therapy have a good treatment ef ect for children with chronic nasal sinusitis, patients should be treated with medications, choosing surgery treatment if the drug can not control condition.
