【目的】研究竹叶黄酮对免疫抑制肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。【方法】选用120只1日龄 AA 肉仔母雏鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组除予以基础日粮外,试验1组为环磷酰胺处理组,试验2组为竹叶黄酮+环磷酰胺组,试验3组为竹叶黄酮组,饲喂35 d。【结果】竹叶黄酮能促进健康和免疫抑制肉鸡生长;试验2组肉鸡的法氏囊指数在35日龄时极显著地高于实验1组(P <0.01);竹叶黄酮可极显著地提高免疫抑制肉鸡的禽流感和新城疫抗体水平(P <0.01)。【结论】竹叶黄对免疫抑制肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能有改善作用。

【목적】연구죽협황동대면역억제육계생산성능화면역공능적영향。【방법】선용120지1일령 AA 육자모추계,수궤분위4조,매조3개중복,대조조사위기출일량,시험조제여이기출일량외,시험1조위배린선알처리조,시험2조위죽협황동+배린선알조,시험3조위죽협황동조,사위35 d。【결과】죽협황동능촉진건강화면역억제육계생장;시험2조육계적법씨낭지수재35일령시겁현저지고우실험1조(P <0.01);죽협황동가겁현저지제고면역억제육계적금류감화신성역항체수평(P <0.01)。【결론】죽협황대면역억제육계생산성능화면역공능유개선작용。
Objective]The experiment was conducted to study the effects of bamboo-leaf-flavonoid on the immune function and growth performance in immunosuppression broilers.[Method]In the present work,120 1-day-old AA female broilers were randomly divided into four groups,and each group contained 3 repeats.All of the broilers were fed basal diet.Besides,group 1 was treated with cyclophosphamide,group 2 with bamboo-leaf-flavonoid and cyclophosphamide,and group 3 with bamboo-leaf-flavonoid.All broilers were raised for 35 days.[Results]Bamboo-leaf-flavonoid could promote the health and growth of immunosuppression broilers.The index of bursa of fab-ricius in the group 2 was extremely significant higher than that in group1 at 35 days (P <0.01). Bamboo-leaf-flavonoid could extremely significant improve antibody levels of avian influenza and Newcastle disease in immunosuppression broilers (P <0.01).[Conclusion]The bamboo-leaf-fla-vonoid could improve the performance and immune function in the immunosuppression poultry.
