基于航母编队油料伴随补给规划问题,提出作战背景下补给舰船的3种补给策略。根据合理假设,将解决TSP问题的指导思想加以改进并应用于补给规划问题中。以最小化补给时间和最大化作战效能为目标函数,分别构建补给规划模型,通过Matlab软件,利用改进的多目标离散粒子群算法对问题进行求解,并进行仿真实验验证。仿真结果表明:该方法是合理、有效的,能获得更小的补给时间和更大的编队作战效能,较好地实现航母编队油料伴随补给规划问题的优化。

Based on the planning problem of accompanied oil supply in the formation of aircraft carrier, put forwards three kinds of replenishment strategy under the background of ship combat supplies. According to reasonable assumptions, the guiding ideology to solve the TSP problem is improved and applied to the supply planning problem. Taking minimize supply time and maximum effectiveness as the objective function, supply planning model were constructed by Matlab software, to solve the problem by using the multi-objective improved discrete particle swarm algorithm, and the simulation experiment. Results show that the method is reasonable and effective which can get a smaller supply time and greater formation combat effectiveness, optimization of aircraft carrier formation with better fuel supply planning problem.
