目前国内长输天然气管道放空气通过放空火炬或者放空立管排放,造成了大量的资源浪费和环境污染。通过调研国内外长输天然气管道放空气回收利用现状,针对站场和阀室分别提出放空气回收利用方案,并进行了经济可行性分析。站场在设计时应考虑设置固定式放空气回收利用系统,投资回收期一般在25~46个月之间;阀室可以考虑设置移动式放空气回收利用系统并根据实际应用效果考虑是否推广。

Vent gas of the domestic long distance natural gas pipeline discharge through torch or vent riser to the atmos -phere, causing a lot of resource waste and environment polluted .The present situations of vent gas recycling of domestic and o-verseas long distance natural gas pipeline were investigated , vent gas recycling methods to the stations and valve chambers were researched , and the economic feasibility was analyzed .Fixed vent gas recycling system should be considered in the design of the stations, the payback period is generally between 25~46 months.Mobile vent gas recycling system can be designed to the valve chambers and whether to promote depends on the actual application effects .
