目的：探讨老年鼻出血患者的临床护理措施及效果。方法将我院老年鼻出血患者60例随机分为两个不同组别,分别采用常规护理和综合护理,观察患者的临床效果和复发情况。结果试验组护理满意共计28例(93.3%),对照组共计22例(73.3%)；患者住院时间短,焦虑、抑郁评分低,和对照组相比差异鲜明；随访结果显示试验组复发1例(3.3%),对照组复发7例(23.3%)。<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理应用在老年鼻出血患者中效果显著,能够提高护理满意率,改善不良心理,具有治疗时间短、复发率低的特点。

Objective To study the clinical nursing measures in elderly patients with nasal bleeding and ef ects. Methods Our hospital in elderly patients with nasal bleeding in 60 cases were randomly divided into two dif erent categories, respectively, using conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing, observe the clinical ef ect and recur ence of patients.Results The test group a total of 28 cases (93.3%), control group a total of 22 cases (73.3%). Patients in hospital time is short, anxiety, depression score is low, and the control group compared with sharp dif erence; Fol ow-up results show that the experimental group recur ence in 1 case (3.3%), 7 cases of control group recur ence (23.3%). <0.05, the dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing application in elderly patients with nasal bleeding obvious ef ect, can improve nursing satisfaction, improve the adverse psychological, has the characteristics of short treatment time, low recur ence rate.
