目的总结骨盆骨折患者临床治疗的护理方法及体会。方法收集2007年01月~2015年01月入住我科的70例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料，密切关注患者病情变化，均行一般护理，主要护理措施包括：急救护理、一般护理、心理护理等。结果70例骨盆骨折患者均随访1个月~2年，经相应的护理后，恢复情况为优良者67例，占95.7豫，恢复情况为-般者3例，占4.3豫。结论稳定骨盆骨折损伤严重，常有合并伤，在治疗过程中，极易出现各种并发症，通过及时观察，采取科学合理的护理措施，能有效地防止各种并发症。
목적총결골분골절환자림상치료적호리방법급체회。방법수집2007년01월~2015년01월입주아과적70례골분골절환자적림상자료，밀절관주환자병정변화，균행일반호리，주요호리조시포괄：급구호리、일반호리、심리호리등。결과70례골분골절환자균수방1개월~2년，경상응적호리후，회복정황위우량자67례，점95.7예，회복정황위-반자3례，점4.3예。결론은정골분골절손상엄중，상유합병상，재치료과정중，겁역출현각충병발증，통과급시관찰，채취과학합리적호리조시，능유효지방지각충병발증。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing and clinical treatment of patients with pelvic fracture.Methods Col ected the clinical data of 70 cases patients with pelvic fractures admit ed to our department from January 2007 to January 2015,pay close at ention to changes in the condition of patients underwent general care,primary care measures include:emergency care,general care,psychological care.Results 70 cases of pelvic fracture patients were fol owed up for 1 month to 2 years,after the appropriate care,recovery was excel ent in 67cases,accounting for 95.7%,the recovery is general in 3 cases,accounting for 4.3%.Conclusion Stable pelvic fracture injury serious,often associated injuries,during treatment,prone to complications,through the timely observation,to take a scientific and reasonable care measures,can ef ectively prevent complications.
