为实现某引进武器装备基准频率产生组合的国产化功能替代,提出一种采用逆向工程方法和基于数字锁相环技术的新思路。通过剖析原基准频率产生组合的工作原理、组成结构及性能指标,对其进行反设计,并将国产化基准频率产生组合与原基准频率产生组合进行了性能对比测试。测试结果表明:国产化基准频率产生组合使用维护简单、方便,能满足武器系统的正常使用要求,已在部队和工厂装备修理中得到推广应用。

In order to realize the localization function replacement of reference frequency assembly used in certain imported weapon equipment, a new method is proposed based on reverse engineering method and technology of digital phase-locked loop (PLL). The inverse design is carried out through analyzing the work principal, formation and structure and technical performance of the original reference frequency assembly. The technical indexes of the localized assembly are compared with that of the original one. The result shows that the localized product can meet the imported weapon system’s normal use requirement, and its use and maintenance are simple and convenient. The localized assembly has been widely applied in the army and equipment maintenance and support factory.
