石兰线管道所输油品为长庆油田高含蜡原油,管道沿线较长管段温度低,在运行中管壁结蜡现象明显,四墩至兰州、红湾至景泰管段油温最低,且管线运行状况未知,因此进行清管作业。压力分析及总传热系数分析表明,清管效果明显。应制定安全、合理的清管计划,满足管道平稳运行要求。

The output of Shilan Line is Changqing Oilfield high oil waxy crude oil .The pipeline along the line is long ,and the temperature of the pipe section is low .Wax precipitation phenomenon is obvious in the process of operation .The temperature of the tubulation from Sidun to Lanzhou and Hongwan to Jingtai is the lowest , and the pipeline status is still unknown .Therefore, pigging operations should be proceeded .Stress analysis and the total heat transfer coefficient analysis shows that the pigging effect is obvious .Safe and reasonable pigging plan should be made , thus meeting the requirements of safe operation of the pipeline .
