目的：探讨健康教育管理对住院患者自我护理能力提升效果。方法选择2014年4月~12月在四川省仁寿县中鑫医院住院治疗的住院患者200例，作为研究对象；分别接受健康教育管理和常规护理，在干预前、后对患者的自我护理能力进行综合评价。结果干预前健康教育管理组与常规护理组患者在自我护理能力总分及各个维度上得分之间均无统计学差异(均>0.05)。健康教育管理组患者干预后的自我护理能力总分及各维度得分均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(均<0.05)；而常规护理组患者在干预前后的自我护理能力总分及各维度得分之间未见明显改变，差异无统计学意义(均>0.05)。结论健康教育管理有利于提高患者的自我护理能力，健康教育管理措施值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the ef ect of health education on improving the self care ability of hospital patients. Methods Choose hospital patients from April 2014 to December 2014 at Renshou City Zhongxin Hospital as the object, after 3 months of health education, to assess the self care ability of the patients. Results Patients of health education group and the conventional health education group showed no dif erences in demographic characteristics ( ﹥0.05). The path of the intervention group patients health education of self nursing ability score and each dimension scores were higher than those before intervention, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05); and patients with conventional health education group between before and after the intervention of the self nursing ability of total score and the score of each dimension had no obvious change, no significant dif erence ( ﹥0.05). Conclusion Health education is conducive to improve the self nursing ability of the patients, the path of health education measures worthy of promotion.
