目的：观察常规治疗配合中心静脉压调控对肺心病患者心功能的影响。方法将我科收治的42例重症肺心病患者分为观察组和对照组，每组21例，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上调控中心静脉压维持在2～7 cm H2O，观察两组患者心功能改善情况及机械通气时长。结果观察组心功能改善优于对照组，机械通气时间短于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论调控中心静脉压辅助常规治疗，对重症肺心病患者的综合治疗效果显著。

목적：관찰상규치료배합중심정맥압조공대폐심병환자심공능적영향。방법장아과수치적42례중증폐심병환자분위관찰조화대조조，매조21례，대조조진행상규치료，관찰조재상규치료적기출상조공중심정맥압유지재2～7 cm H2O，관찰량조환자심공능개선정황급궤계통기시장。결과관찰조심공능개선우우대조조，궤계통기시간단우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론조공중심정맥압보조상규치료，대중증폐심병환자적종합치료효과현저。
Objective Observation curative effect of conventional therapy combined with central venous pressure regulation on cardiac function in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods Selected 42 cases of severe pulmonary heart disease patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 21 cases in each group, The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the observation group was treated with conventional therapy, and the control center venous pressure was maintained at 2 to 7 cm H2O. The improvement of heart function and the length of mechanical ventilation were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe improvement of heart function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the mechanical ventilation time was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Control of central venous pressure auxiliary treatment, the treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease in patients with a signiifcant effect.
