目的：探讨泪道激光探通联合泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞的临床价值。方法将泪道阻塞患者88例（132眼）按手术方法不同分为对照组（泪道激光探通）与观察组（激光探通联合泪道置管术），对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.97%，高于对照的85.85%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者并发症发生率对比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论激光探通联合泪道置管术在治疗泪道阻塞中效果显著。
目的：探討淚道激光探通聯閤淚道置管術治療淚道阻塞的臨床價值。方法將淚道阻塞患者88例（132眼）按手術方法不同分為對照組（淚道激光探通）與觀察組（激光探通聯閤淚道置管術），對比兩組治療效果。結果觀察組治療有效率為96.97%，高于對照的85.85%，P＜0.05，差異具有統計學意義；兩組患者併髮癥髮生率對比，P＞0.05，差異不具有統計學意義。結論激光探通聯閤淚道置管術在治療淚道阻塞中效果顯著。
목적：탐토루도격광탐통연합루도치관술치료루도조새적림상개치。방법장루도조새환자88례（132안）안수술방법불동분위대조조（루도격광탐통）여관찰조（격광탐통연합루도치관술），대비량조치료효과。결과관찰조치료유효솔위96.97%，고우대조적85.85%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의；량조환자병발증발생솔대비，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론격광탐통연합루도치관술재치료루도조새중효과현저。
Objective To explore clinical value of the probing lacrimal duct laser and lacrimal canal in treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods Selected 88 cases of patients ( 132 eyes ) according to the different operation methods in different, were divided into the control group (laser lacrimal probing) and the observation group (laser probing combined lacrimal duct), compared two groups of treatment effect of lacrimal duct obstruction.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%, higher than the control group 85.85%,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, compared the complication rate,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Laser probing and lacrimal canal surgery in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction effect.
