目的：探究老年乳腺癌采用保留NAC（乳头乳晕复合体）乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取68例老年乳腺癌患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各组，各34例。对照组患者采用传统改良根治术治疗，治疗组患者采用保留NAC乳腺癌改良根治术治疗。结果治疗组患者手术优良率和生活质量评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论老年乳腺癌采用保留NAC乳腺癌改良根治术治疗，手术效果良好。

목적：탐구노년유선암채용보류NAC（유두유훈복합체）유선암개량근치술치료적림상료효。방법선취68례노년유선암환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조각조，각34례。대조조환자채용전통개량근치술치료，치료조환자채용보류NAC유선암개량근치술치료。결과치료조환자수술우량솔화생활질량평분균고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론노년유선암채용보류NAC유선암개량근치술치료，수술효과량호。
Objective Study of elderly patients with breast cancer with preservation of NAC clinical efficacy in treatment of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Selected 68 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 34 cases in each group, the control group was treated with traditional modiifed radical mastectomy, the treatment group were treated with NAC modiifed radical mastectomy. ResultsThe operation quality and quality of life in the treatment group were higher than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Treatment of breast cancer with reserved NAC modiifed radical mastectomy for breast cancer, the patient operation effect is good.
