目的：探讨活血化瘀法在胸痹心痛病治疗中的应用体会。方法采用辨证论治的方法,并结合心电图检查,对1例患者采用活血化瘀方进行治疗,治疗1个月后,检测患者心电图情况。结果加活血通脉之药加减治疗1月后,胸痛未再发作,其它诸症,亦渐消失。复查心电图提示,ST段、T波均已恢复正常图像。追访2年,一切情况良好。结论活血化瘀法在胸痹心痛病治疗效果明显,疗效满意。
목적：탐토활혈화어법재흉비심통병치료중적응용체회。방법채용변증론치적방법,병결합심전도검사,대1례환자채용활혈화어방진행치료,치료1개월후,검측환자심전도정황。결과가활혈통맥지약가감치료1월후,흉통미재발작,기타제증,역점소실。복사심전도제시,ST단、T파균이회복정상도상。추방2년,일절정황량호。결론활혈화어법재흉비심통병치료효과명현,료효만의。
Objective To explore application experience of activating blood circulation method in treatment of obstruction of XinTongBing. Methods Adopting the method of syndrome dif erentiation, combined with ecg examination, 1 cases was treated by promoting blood circulation method, after a month, testing electrocardiogram (ecg). Results After treatment, thoracodynia was no happening, various disease, is gradual y disappear. Review of electrocardiogram (ecg) indicated: ST segment and T wave have been restored to normal image. 2 years after, everything is in good condition. Conclusion Method for activating blood circulation in the obstruction of XinTongBing treatment ef ect is obvious, the curative ef ect is satisfied.
