目的:调查分析我县食品生产经营人员健康证明的持有率。方法对我县5乡2镇从事食品生产经营人员的健康证明持有情况进行调查,2w后对持证率低的部门再次进行抽检。结果首次调查的1235名从业人员中,健康证明持有者占945名,持证率为76.52%;再次抽检的单位中持证率由63.53%上升到84.64%。结论通过调查分析我县食品生产经营人员健康证持有率,制定相关的政策,加强管理,杜绝肠道传染病的发生。

Objective Investigation and analysis of the holding rate of food production operators in our county health certificate.Methods 5 Township 2 towns engaged in food production and management personnel of the health certificate of survey holdings, after 2 weeks on the low rate of re sampling department.Results 1235 employees for the first time in the survey,health certificate holders accounted for 945,the rate was 76.52%;the sampling unit again the rate increased from 63.53%to 84.64%.Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis of health management personnel in our county the holding rate of food production,the development of relevant policies,strengthen management,to prevent the occur ence of intestinal infectious disease.
