目的：探讨强生血糖仪和BS-420全自动生化分析仪检测结果。方法选择我院门诊需进行血糖检测的患者81例,采用强生血糖仪测定末梢血血糖,采用BS-420分析仪检测血清血糖,分析二者检测结果的差异。结果强生血糖仪及BS-420分析仪测定结果分别为(9.45±4.28)、(9.26±4.12)mmol/L,二者无统计学差异(跃0.05)。结论强生血糖仪具有体积小、操作简单、检测速度快等优点,可用于门诊急诊患者糖尿病的筛查。

목적：탐토강생혈당의화BS-420전자동생화분석의검측결과。방법선택아원문진수진행혈당검측적환자81례,채용강생혈당의측정말소혈혈당,채용BS-420분석의검측혈청혈당,분석이자검측결과적차이。결과강생혈당의급BS-420분석의측정결과분별위(9.45±4.28)、(9.26±4.12)mmol/L,이자무통계학차이(약0.05)。결론강생혈당의구유체적소、조작간단、검측속도쾌등우점,가용우문진급진환자당뇨병적사사。
Objective To study test results of using the Johnson &johnson glucose meter and BS - 420 ful y automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods 81 cases patients who needed blood glucose detection in our hospital outpatient service were selected, Johnson &johnson glucose meter was used to determine peripheral blood glucose, the BS - 420 analyzer to detect serum glucose, analysis of the dif erences in test results. Results Johnson &johnson glucose meter and BS - 420 analyzer determination results were 9.45±4.28,9.26±4.12mmol/L respectively, there is no statistical dif erence (> 0.05). Conclusion Johnson &johnson glucose meter has smal volume, simple operation and fast inspection speed, can be used in the screening of outpatient emergency treatment in patients with diabetes.
