为解决混凝土收缩徐变和预应力筋预应力损失引起大跨连续刚构桥主梁下挠的常见桥梁病害,建立了安徽曹河大桥的有限元模型。运用大型通用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 模拟混凝土的收缩徐变,提出了混凝土收缩徐变、体内筋预应力损失以及主梁下挠间相关性的分析方法。分析了桥梁不同部位体内筋、不同程度预应力损失所引起的连续刚构桥主梁下挠,研究了混凝土收缩徐变对体内筋预应力损失的影响,探讨了体外筋补张拉方法对处治主梁下挠的作用,得到了体内体外混合配束连续刚构桥主梁下挠分析方法。

To eliminate the diseases of excessive deflection of main girder of long-span con-crete continuous girder bridge induced by shrinkage and creep of concrete and prestress loss,a finite element model of a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in Anhui province was built to analyze the effect of coupling the shrinkage,creep and prestress loss on long-span concrete continuous girder bridge by using creep criteria and temperature change of ANSYS software to simulate shrinkage and creep of concrete,studying the influence of ex-ternal tensioning on preventing deflection of main girder.Analytical method of deflection of main Girder for long-span concrete continuous girder bridge with mixed arrangement of in-ternal and external tendons are obtained.
