目的:分析经内窥镜气管异物取出术治疗气管异物的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法收集2010年8月~2015年8月我院收治的气管异物患者60例的临床资料作为研究对象,根据其治疗方式不同分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用纤维气管镜取异物治疗,而治疗组采用电子气管镜异物取出术治疗。分析对比两组治疗的效果。结果所有患者的异物都顺利取出,但治疗组1次取出率高于对照组,而且取出异物时间少于对照组,对照组并发症有3例,治疗组患者没有发生并发症。结论电子内窥镜用于气管异物取出治疗效果显著,并发症概率小。

목적:분석경내규경기관이물취출술치료기관이물적료효,위림상치료제공의거。방법수집2010년8월~2015년8월아원수치적기관이물환자60례적림상자료작위연구대상,근거기치료방식불동분위대조조화치료조,각30례。대조조채용섬유기관경취이물치료,이치료조채용전자기관경이물취출술치료。분석대비량조치료적효과。결과소유환자적이물도순리취출,단치료조1차취출솔고우대조조,이차취출이물시간소우대조조,대조조병발증유3례,치료조환자몰유발생병발증。결론전자내규경용우기관이물취출치료효과현저,병발증개솔소。
Objective To study the clinical efifcacy of endoscopic tracheal foreign body removal in the treatment of tracheal foreign body, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. MethodsThe clinical data of 60 patients with tracheal foreign body in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2015 were collected. The clinical data of patients with foreign body in our hospital were treated as the research object. According to the different treatment methods, 30 patients were treated with the treatment of foreign bodies in the control group, while 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with electron bronchoscopy. Analyzed and compared the effect of the two groups of treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, all patients were successfully removed, but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and removal of foreign body time was signiifcantly less than the control group, the control group of 3 cases of complications, the treatment group of patients without complications.Conclusion It is concluded that the electronic endoscope is effective in the treatment of tracheal foreign body removal, and the probability of complications is small.
