基于委托代理理论,以中小学校舍为背景,不仅考虑投资、工期和质量三大因素,更响应“资源节约”这一政策,建立了代建制下的四维激励机制模型,求解得出最优激励参数 a =(a 1,a 2,a 3,a 4)的表达式,并对模型进行了求解与分析。研究结果表明,在多任务激励成本相互独立的情况下,针对结果可观测的任务,委托人可估计代理人完成该任务的努力程度,从而给予适当奖惩;但对不可量化任务,激励程度的增加不一定能带来期望的工作结果;在多任务激励成本相互依存的情况下,代建单位釆取固定总价合同形式优于激励工资合同。特别针对节能这一任务存在的激励困境,对激励机制进行了改进。研究结果表明,该激励机制更加有效合理,更有利于项目目标的实现。

Based on principal-agent theory,primary and secondary schools as the back-ground,not only considering investment,duration and quality these three factors,but also in response to the policy of"resource conservation",a four-dimensional model of incentives under Agent System is established for solving for the optimal excitation parametersβ of ex-pression.The analysis results show that multi-tasking incentive costs under separate cir-cumstances,the results can be observed for the task,the principal agents can be estimated level of effort to complete the task,giving appropriate rewards and punishments;but not quantification task,encourage increased levels of work does not necessarily bring about the desired result.In the case of multi-task interdependence incentive costs,the unit of agent-construction preclude the taking of fixed-price contract in the form of better incentives wage contracts.In this paper,especially for energy-saving incentives exist to this task plight of incentives to improve,the results showed that:this incentive is more effective and rational, more conducive to the achievement of project objectives.
