目的:观察Q4情景互动式康复训练系统对痉挛型偏瘫型脑瘫患儿下肢运动功能的疗效。方法选取痉挛型偏瘫型脑瘫患儿30例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。两组均进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上应用Q4情境互动式康复训练系统进行治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗12w后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Berg量表(BBS)和粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)之D区(站立)和E区(走跑跳)评定。结果治疗12w后两组上述指标均较治疗前有改善(<0.05或0.01),且观察组腓肠肌肌张力、BBS评分和GMFM-88之D区和E区评分均比对照组改善(<0.01)。结论 Q4情景互动式康复训练系统联合康复训练能降低痉挛型偏瘫型脑瘫患儿患侧下肢肌张力,提高平衡功能和下肢运动功能。

Objective To observe the ef ect of Q4 scene interactive training system on motor function of lower extremities in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy (CP). Methods Thirty spastic hemiplegic CP children were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Al children were treated with regular rehabilitation training. The observation group was received Q4 scene interactive training system for 40min once a day, 5d per week, 12 weeks in total. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and D and E domains of Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) were evaluated at the beginning and at the end of the 12th week of treatment course respectively. Results The outcomes were improved compared with the ones of pre-treatment ( <0.05 or 0.01), and improved more in the treatment group ( <0.01). Conclusion Q4 scene interactive training system in combination with rehabilitation functional training in the treatment for children with spastic hemiplegic CP can decrease the muscle tone of lower limbs and improve stability, the motor function of lower extremity.
