目的:探讨在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中开展血清胱抑素C(Cys C)检测的价值和意义。方法对95例本院住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者采用胶体金颗粒免疫比浊法测定血清胱抑素C(CysC)浓度。同时检测T2DM患者24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER),并选择性分成两组,即UAER<30mg/24h组、30mg/24 h<UAER<300mg/24h组,对照组为正常体检者,进行组间比较。结果 T2DM患者尿微量白蛋白组Scr(96.85±24.30)μmol/L,CysC(1.82±0.50)ng/L,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),尿白蛋白正常组、尿微量白蛋白组CysC阳性率分别为30.12%、72.31%。结论血清胱抑素C是一种反映早期糖尿病肾损伤的理想标志物,随肾功能恶化逐渐升高。

Objective To explore the significance of serum Cys C detection in type 2 diabetes.Methods Serum Cys C was determinated in 95 cases of inpatients with type 2 diabetes by using col oidal gold immunoturbidimetry.Meanwhile,the excretion rat of 24h urea micro albumin(UAER)was also detected in the T2DM patients.Al cases were divided into the lower albumin group(UAER<30mg/24h), the higher albumin group (30mg/24 h<UAER<300mg/24h)and normal control group,respectively and analyzed by comparison among groups.Results Serum Scr concentration was 96.85±24.30μmol/L and CysC was 1.82±0.50 ng/L in the higher albumin group of T2DM patients,suggesting that the determinations were significantly dif erent in the higher albumin group compared to the normal control group.The positive rate of CysC was 30.12%、72.31%in the lower albumin group and the higher albumin group,respectively.Conclusion Serum CysC is probably a diagnostic marker at the early kidney injury of diabetes patients and gradual y increased fol owing worse renal dysfunction.
