本试验旨在研究饲粮添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸( NCG)与牛磺酸( Tau)对公猪精液品质、血清激素指标、精浆蛋白含量及抗氧化能力的影响。选取18月龄、体重相近的健康大约克公猪20头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.2%NCG(NCG组)、基础饲粮+0.6%牛磺酸(Tau组)、基础饲粮+0.2%NCG+0.6%牛磺酸(NCG+Tau组)。试验期100 d。结果表明:1)试验56~100 d,与对照组比较,饲粮中添加NCG、Tau及NCG+Tau公猪射精反应时间极显著降低( P<0.01),射精持续时间极显著提高( P<0.01)。主效应分析结果表明,试验56~100 d,饲粮中添加NCG可显著提高采精量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加Tau或Tau+NCG可显著提高精子活力(P<0.05),饲粮中添加NCG可显著降低精子畸形率( P<0.05);2)试验56~100 d,与对照组比较,饲粮中添加NCG或NCG+Tau可极显著提高血清促卵泡素( FSH)含量( P<0.01),饲粮中添加NCG+Tau可极显著提高血清黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)含量(P<0.01)。3)主效应分析结果表明,饲粮中添加 NCG 后精浆总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05),饲粮中添加Tau后精浆白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。4)主效应分析结果表明,试验56~100 d,饲粮中添加 NCG 可显著提高精浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加NCG或Tau后精浆超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性显著提高( P<0.05)。综合分析,饲粮中添加NCG与Tau可调控公猪血清激素分泌水平,提升性欲,提高精浆蛋白含量和抗氧化能力,从而提高精液品质。

본시험지재연구사량첨가N-안갑선곡안산( NCG)여우광산( Tau)대공저정액품질、혈청격소지표、정장단백함량급항양화능력적영향。선취18월령、체중상근적건강대약극공저20두,수궤분위4조,매조5개중복,매개중복1두저。각조분별사위기출사량(대조조)、기출사량+0.2%NCG(NCG조)、기출사량+0.6%우광산(Tau조)、기출사량+0.2%NCG+0.6%우광산(NCG+Tau조)。시험기100 d。결과표명:1)시험56~100 d,여대조조비교,사량중첨가NCG、Tau급NCG+Tau공저사정반응시간겁현저강저( P<0.01),사정지속시간겁현저제고( P<0.01)。주효응분석결과표명,시험56~100 d,사량중첨가NCG가현저제고채정량(P<0.05),사량중첨가Tau혹Tau+NCG가현저제고정자활력(P<0.05),사량중첨가NCG가현저강저정자기형솔( P<0.05);2)시험56~100 d,여대조조비교,사량중첨가NCG혹NCG+Tau가겁현저제고혈청촉란포소( FSH)함량( P<0.01),사량중첨가NCG+Tau가겁현저제고혈청황체생성소(LH)화고동(T)함량(P<0.01)。3)주효응분석결과표명,사량중첨가 NCG 후정장총단백(TP)함량현저제고(P<0.05),사량중첨가Tau후정장백단백(ALB)함량현저제고(P<0.05)。4)주효응분석결과표명,시험56~100 d,사량중첨가 NCG 가현저제고정장총항양화능력(T-AOC)화곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)활성(P<0.05),사량중첨가NCG혹Tau후정장초양화물기화매( SOD)활성현저제고( P<0.05)。종합분석,사량중첨가NCG여Tau가조공공저혈청격소분비수평,제승성욕,제고정장단백함량화항양화능력,종이제고정액품질。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of N-carbamyl gluta-mate ( NCG) and taurine ( Tau) on semen quality, serum hormone parameters, seminal plasma protein content and antioxidant capacity of breeding boars. Twenty 18-month-old Yorkshire boars with similar weight healthy were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate. Pigs were fed basal diet ( control group) , basal diet+0.2% NCG ( NCG group) , basal diet+0.6% Tau ( Tau group) , basal diet+0.2%NCG+0.6% Tau ( NCG+Tau group) . The trial lasted for 100 days. The results showed as follows: 1) com-pared with the control group, dietary supplemented with NCG, Tau and NCG+Tau significantly decreased the ejaculation reaction time (P<0.01), and significantly increased the ejaculation time (P<0.01). The main effects analytic result showed that during 56 to 100 days, dietary supplemented with NCG significantly im-proved the semen volume ( P<0.05) , dietary supplemented with NCG or Tau+NCG significantly improved the sperm motility ( P<0.05) , dietary supplemented with NCG significantly decreased the percentage of abnormal sperm (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, during 56 to 100 days, dietary supplemented with NCG or NCG+Tau significantly improved serum follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH) content ( P<0.01) , diet-ary supplemented with NCG+Tau significantly improved the content of luteinizing hormone ( LH) and testos-terone (T) in serum (P<0.01). 3) The main effects analytic result showed that dietary supplemented with NCG significantly improved seminal plasma total protein ( TP) content ( P<0.05) , dietary supplemented with Tau significantly improved seminal plasma albumin (ALB) content (P<0.05). 4) The main effects analytic result showed that during 56 to 100 days, dietary supplemented with NCG significantly improved total antioxi-dant capacity ( T-AOC) and glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) activity in seminal plasma ( P<0.05) , dietary supplemented with Tau or NCG+Tau significantly improved seminal plasma superoxide dismutase ( SOD) ac-tivity ( P<0.05) . Analyze the data synthetically, dietary supplemented with NCG and Tau can regulate the ser-um hormone secretion level, help to increase the sexual desire, and improve the protein quality in seminal plas-ma, as well as the antioxidant capacity and the quality of semen.
