目的:探究采用胸腔内灌注化疗联合热疗治疗癌性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的108例癌性胸腔积液患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同,随机分成对照组和实验组,各54例。对照组给予单纯胸腔内灌注化疗药物治疗,实验组给予胸腔内灌注化疗联合热疗治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率和不良反应情况。结果实验组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,两组患者均没有发生恶心、头痛、骨髓抑制或肝肾功能损害等不良反应,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论对于癌性胸腔积液患者,给予胸腔内灌注化疗联合热疗的治疗方法较好,能够明显抑制肿瘤的发生发展,提高治疗有效率,不良反应较少。

목적:탐구채용흉강내관주화료연합열료치료암성흉강적액적림상효과。방법채용회고성분석적방법,분석아원수치적108례암성흉강적액환자적림상자료,근거치료방법적불동,수궤분성대조조화실험조,각54례。대조조급여단순흉강내관주화료약물치료,실험조급여흉강내관주화료연합열료치료。분석비교량조환자적림상치료유효솔화불량반응정황。결과실험조적림상치료유효솔고우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의,량조환자균몰유발생악심、두통、골수억제혹간신공능손해등불량반응,P>0.05,차이불구유통계학의의。결론대우암성흉강적액환자,급여흉강내관주화료연합열료적치료방법교호,능구명현억제종류적발생발전,제고치료유효솔,불량반응교소。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pleural infusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.MethodsTo analyzed 108 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion clinical data in our hospital, depended on the method of treatment, were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental groups, each group had 54 cases. The patients in the control group were only given the pleural infusion chemotherap, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with pleural infusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia. To analyzed and compare the clinical treatment efifciency and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate in experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, compared nausea, headache, bone marrow suppression or liver and kidney dysfunction and other adverse reactions,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. ConclusionFor patients with malignant pleural effusion, it is better to take the treatment of pleural infusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia. It can inhibit tumor development and improve effective rate, while fewer adverse reactions.
