卵巢癌是女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一,虽然临床对早期诊断和综合治疗进行了大量的研究,但患者5年生存率仍长期徘徊在30%左右,且近10余年,卵巢癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重危害女性健康。本文从多样性导向合成的概念出发,探索类天然小分子化合物在抗肿瘤方面的应用,为后期研究天然化合物在抗肿瘤方面的特性提供理论依据。

Ovarian cancer is one of the three major malignant tumors of female genital tract, although the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early stage of a large number of studies, but the 5 year survival rate is still hovering around 30%, and nearly 10 years, the incidence of ovarian cancer is increasing year by year, serious harm to women's health. In this paper, the concept of diversity oriented synthesis is set out to explore the application of natural small molecule compounds in anti-tumor, and to provide theoretical basis for the study of the characteristics of natural compounds in anti-tumor.
