目的结探讨鲑鱼降钙素治疗对髋关节骨折术后患者超声骨密度测定的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月来我院进行诊治的髋关节骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予常规和促进骨折愈合治疗,观察组在此基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后超声骨密度测定结果。结果治疗前,两组患者使用超声骨密度仪测定骨密度,结果相比无显著性差异(>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者超声传播速度、骨硬度指数、超声波振幅衰减值均明显增高,与对照组和同组治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素可以增高髋部骨折患者的骨密度,有效预防骨折患者术后的骨质流失。

목적결탐토해어강개소치료대관관절골절술후환자초성골밀도측정적영향。방법선취2013년1월~2015년1월래아원진행진치적관관절골절환자60례,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조30례,대조조급여상규화촉진골절유합치료,관찰조재차기출상가용해어강개소분비제치료,비교량조환자치료전후초성골밀도측정결과。결과치료전,량조환자사용초성골밀도의측정골밀도,결과상비무현저성차이(>0.05);치료후,관찰조환자초성전파속도、골경도지수、초성파진폭쇠감치균명현증고,여대조조화동조치료전상비,차이구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론해어강개소가이증고관부골절환자적골밀도,유효예방골절환자술후적골질류실。
Objective To discuss the treatment of salmon calcitonin for hip joint fracture on postoperative af ect of determination of ultrasound bone density. Methods To choose 60 patients who with hip joint fracture came to our hospital for treatment and diagnose from January 2013 to January 2015, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine and promotion of fracture healing, and the observation group added the salmon calcitonin nasal spray to treat on this basis, to compared the results of ultrasound bone density' determination in the two groups. Results Before treatment, the patients in two groups used ultrasound bone density to determine to bone density, the results compared had no significant dif erence ( >0.05); After treatment, the ultrasonic velocity, bone stif ness index and ultrasonic amplitude at enuation' value al obviously increased, compared with control group and the same group before treatment, the dif erence had statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion Salmon calcitonin could increase the bone density of patients who with hip joint fracture, and prevent bone lose in patients with fracture.
