目的讨论并分析在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中采用针灸治疗的临床效果，及护理心得。方法选取我院2011年7月~2013年11月收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组行传统舒筋手法治疗，观察组采用针灸治疗，综合比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过系统的治疗两组患者治疗效果及VAS评分比较，观察组均优于对照组(<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者行针灸治疗，临床治疗效果较好，方法值得借鉴。

목적토론병분석재요추간반돌출증환자치료중채용침구치료적림상효과，급호리심득。방법선취아원2011년7월~2013년11월수치적50례요추간반돌출증환자위연구대상，채용수궤분조적방식장기분위관찰조화대조조，대조조행전통서근수법치료，관찰조채용침구치료，종합비교량조환자적치료효과。결과경과계통적치료량조환자치료효과급VAS평분비교，관찰조균우우대조조(<0.05)。결론대요추간반돌출증환자행침구치료，림상치료효과교호，방법치득차감。
Objective To discuss and analyze in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated using the clinical ef ect of acupuncture therapy and nursing experience. Methods In our hospital from July 2011 to November 2005 were 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients as the research object, using random grouping of the divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent conventional Shujin manipulations in the treatment of, the observation group used acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and comprehensive treatment of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After the system of treatment ef ect of two groups of patients and VAS scores were compared, the observation group was bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with acupuncture treatment, the curative ef ect was bet er, worthy of reference.
