通过设计自然、密封、浸水3种不同外部养护制度,试验研究了预湿轻骨料“内养护”功能及其对混合骨料混凝土内部相对湿度、抗压强度和自收缩的影响。研究结果表明,预湿轻骨料使混合骨料混凝土内部保持较高相对湿度,有利于抑制混凝土的自收缩,其效果受轻骨料吸水能力、预湿时间和掺量比例的影响。在自然、密封、浸水的养护环境下,预湿轻骨料混凝土的强度均比使用干燥轻骨料的高,说明预湿轻骨料的“内养护”功能始终存在,且处于动态平衡的有效水胶比对混凝土的强度增长起决定作用。

Based on experiments,the internal curing function of pre-wetted light-weight ag-gregates and its influences on the relative humidity,compressive strength as well as autoge-nous shrinkage of combined aggregate concrete under various external environments,inclu-ding nature,sealed and water curing as the designed,were investigated.Results showed that there was quite high RH within concrete specimen using pre-wetted lightweight aggre-gates,which was very advantageous to control autogenous shrinkage.And the effect depen-ded on the water absorption,pre-soaking time and volume percentages of lightweight aggre-gates.Under the conditions of natural,sealed or water curing,the strength of combined ag-gregate concrete produced with pre-wetted lightweight aggregates was definitely higher than that of concrete using dry lightweight aggregates,illustrating that the internal curing func-tion of pre-wetted lightweight aggregates was ever-present in concrete.The compressive strength was decided by the dynamic changing effective water to cementitious materials ratio.
