目的：观察血塞通对老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者血液流变学的影响。方法通过对60例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者采用血塞通静脉滴注治疗，并进行治疗前后血液流变学各项指标的检验和分析。结果通过对60例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者用药前后血液流变学对比，各项指标均有显著性差异(<0.01)，且副作用小。结论血塞通可改善老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者血液流变学的各项指标，降低红细胞比积，从而降低红细胞聚集性，降低血浆粘度，且安全性强。
목적：관찰혈새통대노년만성폐원성심장병환자혈액류변학적영향。방법통과대60례노년만성폐원성심장병환자채용혈새통정맥적주치료，병진행치료전후혈액류변학각항지표적검험화분석。결과통과대60례노년만성폐원성심장병환자용약전후혈액류변학대비，각항지표균유현저성차이(<0.01)，차부작용소。결론혈새통가개선노년만성폐원성심장병환자혈액류변학적각항지표，강저홍세포비적，종이강저홍세포취집성，강저혈장점도，차안전성강。
Objective To observe the ef ect of Xuesaitong injection to the blood rheology of the elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods Based on 60 cases of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease by Xuesaitong intravenous infusion therapy,examination and analysis of various indexes of blood rheology before and after treatment.Results Comparison of blood rheology before and after treatment in 60 cases of elder patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,thetreated groups result was bet er than check group ( <0.01),and sideef ect was lit le.Conclusion Xuesaitong can improve the indexes of blood rheology in elderly patients with the chronic pulmonary heart disease,reduce the ratio of red blood cel s,and reduce the aggregation of red blood cel s,and reduce the piasma viscosity,and its have high saftefy.
