目的：分析双钢板固定技术在治疗肱骨远端骨折中的临床价值。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月我院收治的肱骨远端骨折患者52例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予双钢板固定技术治疗，对照组给予常规内固定治疗。结果观察组肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组，骨折愈合时间少于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论双钢板固定技术在治疗肱骨远端骨折中的临床价值较高。
목적：분석쌍강판고정기술재치료굉골원단골절중적림상개치。방법선취2013년1월～2015년1월아원수치적굉골원단골절환자52례，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여쌍강판고정기술치료，대조조급여상규내고정치료。결과관찰조주관절공능회복우량솔고우대조조，골절유합시간소우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론쌍강판고정기술재치료굉골원단골절중적림상개치교고。
Objective To analysis the clinical value of dual-plate technique in the treatment of distal humerus fractures.Methods Selected 52 patients with distal humerus fractures from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the observation group adopt double plate fixation treatment, the control group received conventional internal fixation treatment.Results The good elbow function recovery rate was higher than the control group, healing time was lower than the control group, the complication rate was lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.ConclusionThe clinical value of high technology in the treatment of dual plate ifxation of distal humerus fractures.
