目前,慢性病随访管理仍效率低下,人工纸质登记后再另行录入耗费人力物力,也浪费时间,随着智能手机的普及,利用智能手机终端进行慢性病随访服务,将节约成本并提高工作效率。本文阐述了智能手机慢性病管理系统的建立,该系统以Android为平台,JAVA为开发工具、居民电子档案(包含慢性病管理)系统为母系统,实现了信息调阅、任务提醒、随访信息录入等功能,在手机上通过测试且运行稳定。

For now,the chronic-disease management statistics is inef iciency,The traditional work mode purely relying on manual operation lead to the waste of manpower,material resources and time. With the popularity of intel igent phones,using it to carry out chronic-disease fol ow-up,wil reduce costs and improve ef iciency.This paper describes the development of intel igent mobile phone chronic-disease management system.The system is based on platform of Andriod and developed by JAVA on electronic health records of residents.Information.Functions realized are as fol ows, Information query,task reminding,information Input,The system has passed mobile phone test and shows steady performance.
