为了提高原油的脱水效率和减小处理设备体积,国外研发了一系列紧凑型静电聚结设备如EPIC、CEC、IEC、CES等。详细阐述了国外最新的紧凑型静电分离器(CES)的发展历程,对其发展过程中所历经的“L”型、小“y”型、大“Y”型、斜体“H”型CES的优缺点进行了分析,并探讨了其在原油处理过程中的应用方式和改进思路,为国内研发和应用该技术提供了参考。

In order to improve the efficiency of crude oil dehydration and reduce the volume of pro‐cessing equipments ,foreign institutions have developed a series of compact electrostatic coalescer equipments such as EPIC ,CEC ,IEC ,CES ,etc .The present researchers introduce the latest de‐velopment of compact electrostatic separator (CES ) and conduct a detailed analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the“L” type ,small“y”type ,large“Y”type and italic“H”type in the evolution of CES types .Innovative ideas are put forward through the discussion concerning the applications in the crude oil processing , which will provide related reference for the application and research of the corresponding domestic technology .
