目的：通过分析彩色多普勒超声在下肢血管疾病诊断中的作用，探讨其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年3月~2015年3月在我院就诊的下肢血管疾病患者100例，均采用彩色超声多普勒检查，并将检查结果和手术病理诊断结果进行比较。结果所有患者均被手术病理证实为下肢血管疾病，彩色多普勒超声诊断出97例，准确率高达97%(97/100)。超声诊断结果准确率略微低于手术病理诊断结果，但两者无显著差异，无统计学意义(跃0.05)，无可比性。结论彩色多普勒超声用于下肢血管疾病诊断中，准确率相对比较高。
목적：통과분석채색다보륵초성재하지혈관질병진단중적작용，탐토기림상응용개치。방법회고성분석2014년3월~2015년3월재아원취진적하지혈관질병환자100례，균채용채색초성다보륵검사，병장검사결과화수술병리진단결과진행비교。결과소유환자균피수술병리증실위하지혈관질병，채색다보륵초성진단출97례，준학솔고체97%(97/100)。초성진단결과준학솔략미저우수술병리진단결과，단량자무현저차이，무통계학의의(약0.05)，무가비성。결론채색다보륵초성용우하지혈관질병진단중，준학솔상대비교고。
Objective To explore color Doppler ultrasound`s clinical application value through analysis of the role of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease. Methods We took a retrospective analysis of 100 cases of patients with lower extremity vascular disease hospitalized in our hospital from 2014 March to 2015 March.Al the patients were checked by color Doppler ultrasound,and the results were compared with surgical pathology diagnosis results.Results Al the patients were confirmed that they had lower extremity vascular disease by surgical pathology diagnosis,color Doppler ultrasound found out 97 cases,the accuracy rate was up to 97%(97/100).The results accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was slightly lower than the surgical pathology diagnosis results,but with no significant dif erence between them,significance ( >0.05),they were not comparable.Conclusion Using color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease,the accuracy rate is relatively high.
