多通道食管阻抗‐pH监测能直接监测酸和非酸反流,提供非酸反流和咳嗽间假设因果关系的另加信息,优于单纯的24 h食管p H监测,已在胃食管反流性咳嗽的诊断、疗效评估和发生机制的研究中得到较广泛的应用。将来有可能成为评估胃食管反流的标准方法。然而,多通道食管阻抗‐pH还不是诊断胃食管反流性咳嗽的金标准,其不足仍需进一步研究改进。

Multichannel intraluminal esophageal impedance‐pH monitoring is superior to ambulatory 24 h esophageal pH monitoring in that it can directly detect both acid and non‐acid reflux ,and provides the additional information of non‐acid reflux and the temporal association between cough and non‐acid reflux .Currently ,multichannel intraluminal esophageal impedance‐pH monitoring has been increasingly used in the diagnosis ,evaluation of therapeutic efficacy and research of underlying mechanisms for gastroesophageal reflux‐related chronic cough ,and may become the future standard for reflux monitoring .However ,multichannel intraluminal esophageal impedance‐pH monitoring is not the gold standard for the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux‐related chronic cough ,and it limitations need to be improved by the further study .
