目的：探讨甲真菌病基本治疗与个体化治疗的效果差异。方法选取我科甲真菌病患者80例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各40例，对照组方案采用伊曲康唑胶囊（西安杨森）口服；观察组根据病原菌检测报告与临床类型制定治疗方案。结果观察组40例患者接受治疗后均痊愈，对照组有36例治愈，观察组临床疗效高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论甲真菌病的治疗采用个体化方案的疗效显著。
목적：탐토갑진균병기본치료여개체화치료적효과차이。방법선취아과갑진균병환자80례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각40례，대조조방안채용이곡강서효낭（서안양삼）구복；관찰조근거병원균검측보고여림상류형제정치료방안。결과관찰조40례환자접수치료후균전유，대조조유36례치유，관찰조림상료효고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론갑진균병적치료채용개체화방안적료효현저。
Objective To investigate the differences in efficacy of onychomycosis treatment and individualized treatment.Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with fungal diseases in our imperial examination, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 40 cases, program of the control group by oral administration of itraconazole capsule ( Xi’an Janssen ), the observation group scheme made treatment according to the disease pathogen detection report and clinical types.Results The observation group of 40 patients were cured, the control group with 36 cases were cured, the clinical efifcacy of the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionThe curative effect of the treatment of onychomycosis individualized is signiifcant.
