支气管哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病，发病机制尚不完全明确。Ⅰ型NKT细胞是一种独特的淋巴细胞亚群，通过产生多种细胞因子参与调节免疫反应。近年来Ⅰ型NKT细胞在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用备受关注，现就Ⅰ型NKT细胞在支气管哮喘中的作用及机制作一综述。

Bronchial asthma is a chronic airways inflammatory disease ,and the pathogenesis is not fully clear .Type I natural killer T cell ,a unique subpopulation of T lymphocytes ,has been shown to regulate immune responses through a massive production of a various cytokines .The role of type I natural killer T cells in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma has received much concern in recent years .Here is a review about the roles and mechanism of type I natural killer T cells in regulating the development of bronchial asthma .
