呼吸机相关肺炎（VAP）是常见的院内获得性肺炎之一。很多非感染性因素可以导致患者出现和肺部感染相似的临床表现，长期以来，VAP的诊断判定、预后评估以及治疗等各方面在临床上困扰着众多医师。本文就生物学标记物在呼吸机相关肺炎诊断、治疗、预后评估等中应用进展作一简要综述。

Ventilator‐associated pneumonia (VAP) is one of the acquired pneumonia .Many non‐infectious factors may cause patients to appear similar pneumonia clinical manifestations .The diagnosis , prognosis ,and treatment of VAP troubled many physicians for long time in clinic .Brief overviews about biomarkers application in the diagnosis ,treatment ,prognosis of VAP were given in this review .
