侵袭性曲霉菌病(invasive aspergillosis ,IA)是免疫损害宿主高病死率的一个常见原因。以曲霉抗原为标靶的生物标志物检测在IA领域发挥重要的作用。血清半乳甘露聚糖(GM )和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)GM ,1,3β‐D‐葡聚糖测定已有广泛研究。曲霉特异单克隆抗体JF5为基础的肺泡灌洗液侧流仪法(lateral flow device ,LFD),可快速和准确诊断侵袭性肺曲霉病(invasive pulmonary aspergillosis , IPA),在无法取得BALF的患者可用JF5单克隆抗体为靶抗原,曲霉菌生长时的细胞外甘露糖蛋白,作为显示剂,结合 PET 或M RI ,可用于追踪曲菌生长活跃的肺组织。在血清和尿液中检测曲霉产生的铁载体也是烟曲菌感染有前景的检测标志物和影像诊断药物。

Invasive aspergillosis (IA ) is a major source of morbidity in immunocompromised individuals ,The utility of galactamamna (GM ) and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) GM appears promising in some clinical contexts ,1 ,3 β‐D‐glucan has high negative‐predictive value for aspergillosis , lateral flow device (LFD)‐based approach immunodetection of extracellular glycoprotein antigen that is secreted during active growth of the fungus only with aspergillus‐specific monoclonal antibody JF5 holds considerable promise with BAL fluids ,aspergillus‐derived siderophores provide another novel target for potential biomarker detection in serum and urine and radionuclide tracers for bioimaging of IA .
