目的：探讨安氟醚及异氟醚对阿曲库铵临床药效。方法收集50例使用阿曲库铵进行治疗的患者，分为观察组和对照组，各25例。对照组使用安氟醚进行治疗，观察组使用异氟醚实施治疗。结果观察组和对照组在治疗完成后均能够加强阿曲库铵的治疗效果，但两者之间的差异并不明显，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论安氟醚以及异氟醚对使用阿曲库铵实施治疗的患者均能够起到加强疗效的效果，但两者之间并无显著差异。
목적：탐토안불미급이불미대아곡고안림상약효。방법수집50례사용아곡고안진행치료적환자，분위관찰조화대조조，각25례。대조조사용안불미진행치료，관찰조사용이불미실시치료。결과관찰조화대조조재치료완성후균능구가강아곡고안적치료효과，단량자지간적차이병불명현，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론안불미이급이불미대사용아곡고안실시치료적환자균능구기도가강료효적효과，단량자지간병무현저차이。
Objective To explore the clinical pesticide effect of enflurane and isoflurane for atracurium.Methods Collected 50 cases require the use of atracurium treated patients, were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 25 cases. The control group patients with enflurane treatment, the observation group treated with isoflurane implementation.Results The observation group of patients and the control group patients after the treatment are to strengthen the treatment effect of atracurium, but the differences between the two was not obvious,P>0.05, had difference statistically significance.ConclusionIn the clinical use of enflurane and isoflurane can rise to enhance the effect of the curative effect for patients treated using atracurium implementation, but no significant differences.
