综述了脂肪酸甲酯加氢制备天然脂肪醇工艺的研究进展，介绍了一些新型的操作工艺（如添加溶剂、气相加氢和超临界工艺），讨论了超临界工艺制备天然醇的影响因素，结果表明，超临界工艺具有较好的应用前景。
綜述瞭脂肪痠甲酯加氫製備天然脂肪醇工藝的研究進展，介紹瞭一些新型的操作工藝（如添加溶劑、氣相加氫和超臨界工藝），討論瞭超臨界工藝製備天然醇的影響因素，結果錶明，超臨界工藝具有較好的應用前景。

In this paper ,recent progress with respect to the hydrogrnation of fatty acidmethyl esters to fatty alcohols was reviewed . The advantages and disadvantages of several new processes , such as vapor‐phase hydrogenation , liquid‐phase hydrogenation , and supercritical fluids hydrogenation were introduced .The effect of supercritical fluids ,reaction temperature and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil on the reaction were discussed .It can be concluded that the process ,using supercritical fluids as reaction medium , has many advantages as well as a promising future .
