为了解决绥中36-1减一线油品储存稳定性差、易变色等问题,对减一线油品易变色的原因进行了探索研究。实验结果表明,油品中含有的酸性物质(或含氧化合物)、碱性氮化合物,停工检修导致油品的溶解氧和铁离子含量增多,以及储存过程中原油酸值升高都是导致油品稳定性差的原因。
為瞭解決綏中36-1減一線油品儲存穩定性差、易變色等問題,對減一線油品易變色的原因進行瞭探索研究。實驗結果錶明,油品中含有的痠性物質(或含氧化閤物)、堿性氮化閤物,停工檢脩導緻油品的溶解氧和鐵離子含量增多,以及儲存過程中原油痠值升高都是導緻油品穩定性差的原因。
위료해결수중36-1감일선유품저존은정성차、역변색등문제,대감일선유품역변색적원인진행료탐색연구。실험결과표명,유품중함유적산성물질(혹함양화합물)、감성담화합물,정공검수도치유품적용해양화철리자함량증다,이급저존과정중원유산치승고도시도치유품은정성차적원인。
The lightest fraction of vacuum distillation of Suizhong crude oil has poor storage stability ,and its color changes easily .In order to solve the problem ,the research was conducted to analyze the causes of the color changes .The result shows that the acidic compounds and the basic nitrogen compounds exist in the vacuum fraction of Suizhong crude oil .In addition ,an increase in dissolved oxygen and iron ion content due to overhaul ,as w ell as an increase of the acid number of crude oil can lead to the poor storage stability .
