在传统硅钼蓝分光光度法测定水中二氧化硅的基础上,研究了不同还原剂种类对硅钼蓝显色法的影响。通过比较,确定了抗坏血酸为最适宜的还原剂种类。通过优化实验条件,分别探讨了还原剂用量、酸度、显色时间对反应的影响,建立了新的标准曲线,其线性相关系数达到0.9999。该方法的加标回收率为98.55%,相对标准偏差为0.67%,具有稳定和重现性好的特点,可对水中二氧化硅检测提供准确数据。

Based on the determination of silicon dioxide in water by traditional silico‐molybdenum blue spectrophotometry , the effect of different kinds of reducing agents on silico‐molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was studied . By comparison , ascorbic acid was determined as the optimum reducing agent .At the same time ,the effects of the reductant quantity ,acidity and col‐oration time were discussed ,and the new standard curve was also established ,in which the correlation coefficiency was 0.9999 .According to the research ,the recovery was 98.55% ,and the relative standard deviation was 0.67 , which had good stability and reproducibility . Therefore ,the improved method was suitable for the detection of silica in water .
