目的：探讨改良去骨瓣减压术在治疗颅脑损伤患者中的效果。方法将84例颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组，各42例，对照组给予标准去骨瓣减压术治疗，观察组给予改良去骨瓣减压术治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率73.9%高于对照组47.6%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率9.5%低于对照组26.2%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论改良去骨瓣减压术治疗颅脑损伤效果显著。
목적：탐토개량거골판감압술재치료로뇌손상환자중적효과。방법장84례로뇌손상환자수궤분위량조，각42례，대조조급여표준거골판감압술치료，관찰조급여개량거골판감압술치료。결과관찰조치료총유효솔73.9%고우대조조47.6%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。관찰조병발증발생솔9.5%저우대조조26.2%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론개량거골판감압술치료로뇌손상효과현저。
Objective To study the improvement to bone disc decompression in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. MethodsSelected 84 patients with craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in the control group was given standard to bone disc decompression therapy, the observation group was given improved bone disc decompression therapy.Results The observation group total effective rate was 73.9% higher than the control group 47.6%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The complication rate of observation group was 9.5% lower than the control group 26.2%,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The improved to bone disc decompression in the treatment of craniocerebral injury effect is remarkable.
